Principle and application:


With the development of digitalization and networking in today's society, rectifier loads such as computers and network equipment are widely used. These loads composed of rectifier and filter circuits have nonlinear characteristics, and their resistance values are not constant, which requires higher output range and stability of power supply equipment. Therefore, for data center backup generator sets, network power UPS and other power supply equipment, it is necessary to use a simulated load with nonlinear characteristics to debug and test its parameters such as crest factor.


However, traditional RLC-type simulated loads are based on linear loads and cannot simulate the changing characteristics of non-linear loads, so it is difficult to test the actual performance of generator sets and UPS in data centers and network power environments. The output power and power quality of the power supply equipment can only be judged by using the RCD nonlinear load. At present, there is still a lack of mature technical specifications and application cases in this field.


Based on GB/T 7260.3-2003 "Uninterruptible Power Supply Equipment (UPS) Part 3: Methods for Determining Performance and Test Requirements" and other relevant national standards, the design specifications and parameter standards for RCD loads have been determined through in-depth research and development and testing. , developed a new RCD analog load.



This product can be widely used in the inspection and maintenance of backup generator sets and UPS power supplies in various fields such as data centers, network communications, finance, insurance, and schools.


Main functions and parameters:


◆First-measure electrical RCD nonlinear load is composed of resistive load, capacitive load and analog impedance resistance. Input the analog impedance resistance through an independent line, and the load resistance value can be fine-tuned to realize the nonlinear loading of the load power.

◆The load reference power factor is 0.7. Through the free combination of active power and reactive power, the power factor can be adjusted in the range of 0.2-1.

◆The rated voltage and rated power of the load can be customized according to user needs.

◆After loading, it can measure the voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency and other parameters of the device to be tested, and assist the user to test the crest factor.

◆Through harmonic analysis, the 2-50th harmonic content and total harmonic content of voltage and current can be detected, and the power quality of equipment under nonlinear load conditions can be detected.

◆You can choose local manual switch or intelligent computer software to control the load.

◆The load is equipped with a multi-function measuring instrument, which can display parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor, and frequency.
